InfoJet™ inkjet part identification system prints alphanumeric text on flexible materials during the cutting process. It is offered as an option on Gerber’s DCS 1500, 2500 and 3500 single-ply cutting systems. The InfoJet is compact and self-contained and accepts data from most standard CAD systems. It is powered by technology from Imaje, a leading suppli- er of inkjet marking and coding solutions worldwide.

For example, time required to label a part containing 25 alphanumeric characters can be reduced from 30 seconds with the standard pen attachment, to 1 second with the InfoJet system.

Use permanent inks for lasting identification or temporary inks that can be easily wiped off or washed out. The InfoJet system supports multiple fonts and ink colors including standard black ink for light materials, lighter ink colors for dark materials and ultraviolet ink.
