Robust automatic labeling solution for single- and multi-ply cutting.

The InfoMark™  GERBERlabeler™  is an optional label application system for DCS 2500 single-ply or GTxL™  multi-ply GERBERcutter™  systems. It automatically prints, positions and applies labels during the cutting process. Choose between InfoMark GTxL labeler installed directly on the head of the cutter and InfoMark 2500 labeler, which travels on a second independent beam operating in tandem with the cutting head.

Effective, cost efficient labeling.
The InfoMark prints and applies labels as parts are cut. As a result, throughput is increased, the time to pick and assemble parts is improved and post- cutting part identification is made easier. Placing up to 30 labels per minute, it uses inexpensive, off- the-shelf, adhesive back labels.

Maximize material and labor savings.
Using the InfoMark labeling technology, the need for plotter paper is eliminated. In addition, operators are no longer required to handle plotted markers or nests – reducing manual identification time and freeing them up to focus on other tasks.

Simple post-cutting part identification.
The InfoMark relies on intelligent software to manage all labeling and cut instructions. It ensures that labels are placed correctly, thereby guaranteeing error-free bundling or kitting once parts are cut. In addition, labels placed directly onto material remain affixed to the cut parts as they’re sent to assembly or the sewing line, elimi- nating the problem of misplaced plots and incor- rect parts and sizes being bundled or kitted together.

Ease of use and integration.
Operators can easily modify label information, add barcodes and alter font size to help simplify and accelerate the task of bundling or kitting parts. The InfoMark also accepts data from most standard CAD systems, including Gerber’s AccuMark.
