Information

FiberMark G1 - Galvo Metal and Plastic Marking System

The FiberMark G1 is a a breakthrough in laser marking technology. We've taken our fiber laser technology and designed a galvo unit that produces amazing engraving speed. Using our exclusive OpenArc™ driver interface, you can print directly to the G1 without having to convert your artwork or learn any proprietary software!

The Advantages of Galvo Fiber Laser Etching

  • The laser uses a beam of light as the engraving tool, so no part of the machinery actually touches the material being engraved.
  • High speed galvo design uses a mirror to direct the beam to the table, providing incredibly high speed marking.
  • The Fiber Laser technology is about 30% less than a traditional Nd: YAG laser system galvo system.
  • Open architecture software compatibility allows you to print out of most software packages.
What Materials Can I Use?

  • Titanium
  • Steel
  • Aluminum
  • Brass
  • Carbide

Laser Dashboard
The Laser Dashboard™ controls your Epilog Laser's settings from a wide range of software packages - from design programs to spreadsheet applications to CAD drawing packages
Red Dot Pointer
Since the laser beam is invisible, the Red Dot Pointer on Epilog's FiberMark Laser allows you to have a visual reference for locating where the laser will fire
Relocateable Home
When engraving items that are not easily placed at the top corner of the laser, you can set a new home position by hand with the convenient Moveable Home Position feature on the FiberMark Laser.
